quartered circle symbol example visits
These are just examples - please don't treat them as "package deals"you have to do. When you arrange your visit we'll talk with you about what suits you. It's all very flexible though it helps us to prepare a little before you come if we have an idea what you'd like.
So just treat these descriptions very much as examples to give you ideas.

triskele symbol a triadic spiral much loved by the Celts A first FREE Visit.

A first visit of up to 2 hours is COMPLETELY FREE, no Workfee, no money needed.
You'll probably want to have a cup of tea/ coffee on arrival and a little chat with one of us to get acquainted.
We'd like to know about you and you'll probably have questions about us.

Then you might like to go round the House having a look at all the different rooms and resources. There's a lot to see! We'd be very interested in your ideas about it all.

The House was built in 1585 so the walls are 3ft thick - we are enclosed in this strong, safe place where the noise and demands of everyday life are left outside, far away.
You might join us for a meal, or meditate, or dance, play or make music. Learn some chants or share what you know.
On a pleasant day you could sit in the garden. There are hundreds of books to look at. Cats to make friends with if you like that.
We might go for a short walk in our beautiful local Ancient Woodland together.
Then it's farewell until we see you again.

Path in the local Ancient Woodland

A visit of up to 6 hours is still FREE, but needs an hour's Workfee.
Arriving, a chat, a cup of tea/ coffee. Getting to know each other a little.
Going round the House to see what it's like/ what's changed. The massive walls enfolding, so safe and quiet. A magic castle.
Meditation or some tai chi/ dance exercises, or both. More tea/ coffee and chat.
A browse among the books ... this could take WEEKS!
Over two hours already? better do the Workfee. Some cool rock music while we clean out a cupboard. Some vegetables to chop up for supper. That hour went fast!
Dinner with the family - delicious home cooking we all helped to do.
A little stop in the Temple to add to the Water Mural.
Time to go. Definitely coming back for more.
You can see pictures of the House inside, and a bit of its Story here.

A full day of up to 12 hours is free for 1 or 2 people, with 2 hours Workfee each. This visit included a Personal Session for £10.

AM. Arriving in the morning, a chat, a cup of tea/ coffee. Getting to know each other a little, or catching up on gossip.
Going round the House to see what it's like, or seeing the changes since last time. It starts to feel like "my House."
Meditation, tai chi/ dance with some Celtic music.
OR Get the Workfee done. Some typing up and some painting.
A Personal session (£10) a mix of discussion of ideas, and some practical personal support.
PM. Home made soup and crusty bread. Some interesting conversation.
Visiting one of the sacred places nearby. A pilgrimage in a relaxed manner with people who don't make it stuffy and don't lecture. We share a lot of information and leave feeling refreshed and inspired.
Back to all those books ... some music playing ... Making notes in a journal.
Dinner with the family - delicious home cooking, Adding a personal bit to the Water Mural. A quiet time alone in the temple, sacred space. Trying out the Purification Shan taught. Very powerful.
A last cuppa to help move back towards ordinary life ... reluctantly leaving.

Bonfire in the garden triskele symbol a triadic spiral much loved by the Celts A day and a night.
A visit of up to 24 hours costs £12 for expenses, and 2 hours Workfee.
This example visit included a Sauna £7 and a Personal Session for £10. So this was all together £29. Luxury ... but you could ask for more workfee to cover the extras, or just stay with £12 expenses for 24 hours - all meals included.

PM. Arriving in the evening is a whole different experience, definitely a 'coming home.'
Dinner with the family, the usual tasty fare.
There's a bonfire because a lot of rubish from doing DIY lately.
Afterwards we stay talking for a while.
It's always so easy to talk in a real way here. In an enchanted castle it's not hard to be your real self.
Before bed, a visit to the candlelit Temple. Quiet, sacred, gentle but powerful. Outside the bonfire remains glow red in the dark.
AM. The garden is wet with dew even though I slept in. Breakfast is crusty rolls and a cuppa. Reviewing plans for the day.
Workfee first, sweeping the temple floor (with a fascinated cat helper!) and cleaning its candlesticks. Next time some painting perhaps. Some food preparation for tonight.
A Sauna and yes it really does cleanse deep all through. Lavender mmmm.
PM. Lunch and chatting away then a visit to the sacred site in the Forest. A strange place but friendly. The magical hill is fascinating.
A Personal Session that seems deceptively like a personal chat until afterwards I'm madly taking notes. Some meditation with another Guest who's just arrived.
Discussion about planning rituals, how to ensure people participate yet stay free about what they choose. Amazing!
Some private time in the Temple before dinner.
Dinner with yet more lovely food, and good companionship. A visit to the mural and a wistful look at the books ... next time.
Departure feeling very different when I arrived. Stronger, simpler, and part of a web of good people.
